opr brings together a team of highly experienced healthcare PR professionals working across media, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, consumer and medical healthcare campaigns under three brands – LIFE Agency, opr Health and Parker & Partners. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced, full-time Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

From facilitating or improving access, influencing policy and ensuring delivery of best practice care, to behaviour change in communities and among advocates, we partner with those determined to improve the lives of Australians. Campaigns that put an issue on the agenda are one thing; those that engage stakeholders, table policy solutions and deliver results are what we are about. Similarly, raising awareness and increasing understanding are necessary, but changing behaviour to improve self-care and empower patient champions is vital.


Together, we shift the status quo – sooner rather than later. Our PR efforts are very much a unique blend of public affairs know-how, what makes news, and what our audiences tune in to.


The role of the Account Executive/Senior Account Executive is to provide day-to-day management of client deliverables and also high-level support and assistance to our senior team. This will involve extensive client research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, media, and community groups as well as developing communication, media and issues and crisis management materials for your clients. A strategic eye is a must!

Each of our specialists are defined by their insights, ideas and influence. As an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, you’ll be keen to hone your client, policy, media and political insights; your creative ideas to solve problems, and ability identify opportunities to influence in real-world commercial outcomes or change public attitudes and behaviours.


As a member of our team, you will need to be highly organised and have the confidence to communicate effectively with all levels of the community, clients and media. Proficiency in oral and written communication is a necessary component of your daily activities as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.      


This role is Sydney based. However, if you are able to join our team in either our Melbourne or Canberra offices – due consideration will be given to the right candidate in these locations.
